We are an engineering services firm and this site exists primarily to describe our services and provide contact information. We do not sell products directly through this website, do not host user accounts, and do not run any advertising or tracking network.
Information we collect
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard server access data — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, and referrer. This information is retained for a maximum of 30 days for the purposes of security monitoring and error diagnosis, after which it is discarded.
We do not use analytics scripts, third-party trackers, or advertising cookies on this site. No first-party cookies are set except those required for the site to function correctly.
Information you send us
If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to provide. We retain this information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to maintain a record of engagement with a client organization.
Third-party services

Operational data
Separate from this website, MOE Systems processes operational data on behalf of client organizations under written service agreements. That processing is not governed by this website policy; it is governed by the applicable service agreement between MOE Systems and the client. This website does not have access to client operational systems.
